Summary view of the sales module.

Sales Dashboard#

Opening Sales from the sidebar lands you on the Sales module overview — a simple launcher with tiles for the key features in the module:

  • Customers — jump to the customer list
  • Sales Delivery — jump to the delivery notes list
  • Sales Return — jump to the returns list

The Sales Orders list is reached via the sidebar (Sales › Sales Orders) rather than from the module overview tiles, so that the overview stays focused on dispatch and return operations.

Quick "what needs my attention" shortcuts#

The Sales Orders list, combined with its lifecycle and delivery status filters, surfaces the most common working queues. Bookmark a filtered URL to land on the right view in one click.

Approvers — SOs awaiting my review#

  1. Open Sales › Sales Orders
  2. Set Lifecycle Status filter to Pending Approval
  3. Sort by Created ascending — oldest first

Dispatch — approved SOs awaiting delivery#

  1. Open Sales › Sales Orders
  2. Set Lifecycle Status to Approved
  3. Set Delivery Status to Not Delivered or Partially Delivered

Sales execs — my drafts and rejections#

  1. Open Sales › Sales Orders
  2. Set Lifecycle Status to Draft (or Rejected)
