Company Profile

The Company Profile page contains your organization's core information — legal name, contact details, tax registration, and branding. This information appears on printed documents like purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.

Accessing Company Profile#

Navigate to Settings > Company Profile to view and edit your company information.

Company Information#

  • Company Name — your organization's display name (shown in the sidebar and header)
  • Legal Name — the registered legal name used on official documents
  • Short Code — a brief identifier for your company
  • Registration No. — company registration number
  • Tax ID — tax identification number (e.g., PAN in India)

The Company Name and Country are set during tenant creation and cannot be changed afterward. Contact your system administrator if these need to be updated.

Regional Settings#

  • Base Currency — the primary currency for all transactions (read-only after setup)
  • Timezone — used for date/time display across the application

  • Fiscal Year Start Month — the month your financial year begins

Upload your company logo to have it appear on:

  • Printed documents (purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes)
  • The application header (next to your company name)

For best results, upload a square logo image (PNG or SVG) with a transparent background. The recommended size is at least 200x200 pixels.

Contact Information#

  • Contact Person — name and designation
  • Email — primary business email
  • Phone — landline number
  • Mobile — mobile number

GSTIN Records#

For Indian companies, you can manage multiple GSTIN (GST Identification Number) records — one per state where your company is registered.

Each GSTIN record includes:

  • GSTIN — the 15-character GST number
  • State — the state this registration belongs to
  • Trade Name — the registered trade name
  • Composition Scheme — whether this registration is under composition scheme
  • SEZ — whether this is a Special Economic Zone unit
  • E-Invoice — whether e-invoicing is applicable

GSTIN records are linked to locations and tax calculations. Ensure they are accurate before creating transactions.
